[pkg-php-pear] Packaging Net:NNTP

Hi all,

I've uploaded a new version of the source package:
http://www.vanbest.org/debian/unstable/php-net-nntp_1.4.0-1~pre2.dsc

I've updated the copyright file (made it DEP-5 compliant), watch file
(made it work) and the control file (set Maintainer to pkg-php-maint,
added Homepage, Uploaders (me) and set the DM-Upload-Allowed flag)

I'm interested in feedback and possible sponsoring from the team.
