I'm rejecting the package: debian/copyright says

 3. The name of the author may not be used to endorse or promote products
 derived from this software without specific prior written permission.

but the upstream license has

 * Neither the name of Sebastian Bergmann nor the names of his
   contributors may be used to endorse or promote products derived
   from this software without specific prior written permission.

Please include the upstream license without any changes.
