Hi,

I uploaded php-file-iterator, php-text-template and php-token-stream.

php-codecoverage had no changes in the debian/copyright, so I can't
upload it. php-timer seem to still be using the old branch naming
scheme, so I couldn't pull from it.

Do you think you can fix the above, then I upload?
