[pkg-php-pear] XML_DTD licensing

Hi,

I intend to package XML_DTD PEAR package into Debian. I'm doing it upon
a request from someone who wants to package OwnCloud, which needs MDB2
and MDB2_Schema, which are depending on XML_DTD.

But I have a license issue. In XML_DTD-0.5.2/tests, there are the
following files:

package-1.0
package-1.1.dtd

which are marked to be using PHP license 2.02 (see inside the files).
The PHP license 2.02 is not an acceptable for Debian.

Would it be possible that you change the package and either remove or
re-license these files, and release a new version of XML_DTD, so that I
can package it in Debian?

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)
