“interested” may be overzealous, but I may find the time to help and
take care of some PEAR TODO. Is it safe to assume in general that one
has to start from the beginning of the process (fill an ITP)? Is it
OK/desirable to set you (Mathieu) and/or the Horde maintainers among the
Uploaders? Anything else?
