This is a base set of libraries aimed as being shared in other
projects, e.g, php-randomlib. This isn’t useful on its own.


It’s a dependency of php-randomlib, that will become a dependency of
the upcoming owncloud package (version 8, post-Jessie), and should be
maintained inside the PHP PEAR (and Composer) team.
