I request an adopter for the php-propel-runtime package. I recently
packaged it as a symfony (build-)dependency, but that’s not the case
anymore.

The package description is:
 Propel is an object persistence layer for PHP5 based on Apache Torque. This
 package provides the runtime engine that transparently handles object
 persistence and retrieval.
