Hi,

Postgresql were up fine, also according to the logs. Also the manual
systemctl start afterwards worked and the service remains up.

There were errors about failed authentication for startup checks. I
fixed them, but they /should/ not have triggered the problem, I guess.

Also, it's only reproducible if the dom0 restarts. Restating the
affected VM did never trigger the problem.

So in some instances, Restart=on-failure seems to be useful.
