Did test it again, it worked for me. The module worked as announced and
I had to load it using a LoadModule statement, else the DisplayReadme
statement resulted in a startup failure of the proftpd service.

So, I'll change that and make loading the module optional, but leave it
commented in to avoid failures of proftpd startups upon upgrade.
