unfortunately, it doesn't work: if I do this, the main channel is muted
after resarting. unmuting it through the GNOME volume applet is not
enough, I have to mute and then unmute the channel via pavucontrol.

The only workaround I have is to comment all the restore* modules so
that they do not load and use PCM as main audio channel (master is
always at 100%, but the PCM volume is well restored). This way, I get
what I want but it doesn't seem the right way...
