I don't know.  I don't use pulseaudio on top of dmix anymore.  If this
is actually going to be supported, I'm happy to try and see; otherwise,
I'll just route the default ALSA PCM to pulseaudio as I'm doing now.
This is less of a critical issue since the 32-bit ALSA plugins are
available now.
