Bug#607459: pulseaudio: KDE starts up in "alsa mode"

Package: pulseaudio
Version: 0.9.22-2
Severity: normal

KDE doesn't recognize that Pulseaudio is running and talks directly
to ALSA (the phonon device list shows the alsa devices, as does kmix).

I tried the PA packages from Ubuntu (1:0.9.22-0ubuntu3) and KDE
correctly switches to pulseaudio using those packages.

So I looked into the differences between the Debian/Ubuntu
packages and found that using the build-dependencies from the
Ubuntu package but everything else from the Debian package
(and building that in a clean chroot) KDE uses PA from the start.
