Bug#674936: pulseaudio: Disable flat volumes by default

Package: pulseaudio
Version: 2.0-3
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

I think 'flat-volumes' should be set to 'no' by default in
'/etc/pulse/daemon.conf'. Applications shouldn't be able to change the
system's
master volume on purpose or because of a bug [1] (still present in sid).
I don't know if this has been discussed before (I did a quick search and
didn't
find anything), but if it hasn't I think it
should.

Regards,

Jon Ander
