The log you provided was not very useful because the kernel
argument
needed is systemd.log_level=debug not systemd.log=verbose.

Too bad I could have donne it while testing yesterday. Some more
info on the bug: I have one machine at home with basically the same
setup (own kernel with about same compilation options execpt
drivers, no initram, /usr diffrent than /) and the sofwtare
(unstable + experimental sunday) same that works or at least was
functionnal once after boot!!! That why I decided to give a new
chnace on my faulty machines.
I never managed to have audio out of the box after normal boot. I
managed to make it works *for a while* on a faulty machine after
killing all running instance of pulseaudio and restarting one with
-v. I still had the 3-5 mins delay before the launch as per the bug.
After boot into I have at least 4 instance running, and all
software depending on pulse stuck (qasmixer, kde multimedai setting,
...). When I mange to kill all pulseaudio instance, they both become
available with alsa devices.
