[Pkg-puppet-devel] Removing mongrel support

According to http://bugs.debian.org/664236, mongrel is being removed
from Debian, and "puppet" seems to be the last blocker. (There is also
"camping", which suggests mongrel)

 - puppetmaster-common suggests mongrel, and includes usage of mongrel
   in the init scripts.

 - puppet-testsuite depends on mongrel. This is really the blocker.

I intend to remove all usage of mongrel from our packaging, so mongrel
can be removed from Debian.

Are there any good replacements which are easy to configure, maintain
and support? As of now, we have puppetmaster standalone (webrick), and
puppetmaster-passenger (apache).

Do we need to package a configuration replacement for mongrel, or are
the two alternatives enough.

Do a replacement need to be present before we remove the mongrel
dependency?
