puppetlabs/apache:

 - Added puppet-module-puppetlabs-apache to the meta.git repository.
 - packaged, tested, tagged, uploaded, pushed

puppetlabs/apt:

 - packaged, tested, tagged, uploaded, pushed

puppetlabs/concat:

 - pristine-tar: Committed .orig tarball with expected name (so "gitpkg"
   can export it during build)
 - packaged, tested, tagged, uploaded, pushed

puppetlabs/ntp:

 - pristine-tar: Committed .orig tarball with expected name
 - packaged, tested, tagged, uploaded, pushed

all modules, where needed:

 - debian/copyright. License short name must be one word. Picked
   "Apache-2.0" from http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5/#license-short-name

It's all good. :)

Now it is up to the ftp-masters handling the NEW queue. If we're lucky,
it'll take as little time as last time.

Since we're now packaging puppet modules which are usable directly with
standalone puppet, I've had to move the dependency on "ruby-hiera" to
the "puppet-common" package. "puppet apply" needs hiera for the implicit
class parameter lookup in puppet3.

Scripting the initial packaging is good. That way there is a standard
way to make a deb from a forge tarball.

Is this script something you're comfortable with placing in a bin/
directory in the meta.git repository yet?
