The current puppet-agent package provides a puppet binary package, it
shouldn't be breaking anything.

I've been hard at work trying to coordinate all you folks to make sure
this happens. I wish that part of the work would be acknowledged a
little better.

There's a specific reason I want to remove src:puppet from Debian, and
it's to make way for puppet-agent: it fixes a lot of issues, and i'm
actually going through dozens of src:puppet issues to sort those.
