[Pkg-qof-maintainers] QOF 0.6.4 release due today

I'll be making the libqof1 0.6.4 release later on today (as scheduled). I have 
a release of pilot-qof that depends on 0.6.4 ready too.

How are you fixed to upload QOF 0.6.4 in the next few days? I can then get my 
sponsor to test and upload pilot-qof at the end of the week.
