Your package has a build-depends on gtkhtml3.6. We would like
to transition all the gtkhtml3.6 depends to gtkhtml3.8, i'm
filing this bug as important, but could be changed to serious
before the next freeze.

gnotime sucessfully built changing build-depends from
libgtkhtml3.6-dev to libgtkhtml3.8-dev.
