Upload of rutilt and rt2500

I've finally satisfied myself that rutilt works properly with rt2500
(after a number of patches :-). So I've uploaded new versions of both
packages, with the rt2500 binary package no longer included and
rt2500-modules-* suggesting rutilt. I will be requesting removal of the
rt2500 binary package. I would like to do the same with rt2400, but
still don't have any way of testing hardware.

By the way, for those that didn't see it on debian-devel, I aggregated
the installation counts of out-of-tree modules across kernel versions,
and got:

rank name inst

7 rt2500 590
19 rt2x00 154
26 rt2570 100
39 rt2400 46

While I'm at it, here's the popcon information for the other binary
packages:

rank name inst vote old recent no-files

292 rt2500-source 612
444 rt2500 296 69 180 47 0
463 rt2x00-source 278
482 rt2570-source 255
658 rt2400-source 135
986 rt2400 46 9 29 8 0
1213 rutilt 21 3 1 17 0
