rutilt v0.17

Dear Ben,

since rutilt 0.17 is out already, I took the liberty to commit it to the 
pkg-ralink repository.
Can you please check it out and let me know if there is any problem or 
additional change you want me to make?
The list of changes is as follows:

  * New upstream release
  * Change of upstream web site:
    - Remove watch file and add get-orig-source target in debian/rules
    - Change upstream location in debian/copyright
    - Change Homepage in debian/control
  * No change bump to Standards-Version 3.8.0
  * Remove all patches, now applied upstream
  * Remove Depends on menu, not needed anymore

I don't know what your plans are with the freeze, do you want to wait and 
upload it to unstable or upload it now to experimental?
Please let me know since this may impact on what I need to do for Ubuntu.
