The packaging changes look mostly good but I haven't yet looked at the
upstream changes.  I am away on holiday this week and am having some
hardware problems so I won't get that done until next week.

I added a new watch file with the location changed.  Please don't remove
watch files unless it is impossible to update them.

I think this is wrong - we needed it for su-to-root and we still do.

Hmm, not sure.  It probably won't hurt to upload to unstable.
