I suppose pkg-request-tracker-maintainers at lists.alioth.d.o is OK (albeit
rather long :) Let's move this over there.

(If there are any people on that list that don't know already:
 request-tracker3.4 was recently orphaned (#366551), and we're trying
 team maintenance. We're hijacking the inactive pkg-request-tracker Alioth
 project with permission from Jamie Wilkinson.)

I also filed a support request for an SVN repository, since there wasn't
one yet.

Let's see if we can get this to fly.
