Well, in that case I'll try it on our 3.4 installation and see how it
goes.

That was when I needed to move the manpages. Using INSTALLDIRS=vendor
puts them in the right place, so I don't need to. dh_perl now puts in a
perl dependency, but not any of the libraries. At least it's doing
something.

This unpacks into the directory RT-Extension-CommandByMail-0.05, rather
than librt-extension-commandbymail-perl-0.05, which is what I would
expect from the deb. Is it correct to untar, mv the directory to the
correct name and then retar (which I have done in the current draft); or
is this not neccessary?
