This was an API change in libhtml-mason-perl. The request-tracker3
package was never updated to work with it; version 3.4.4-1 of the
request-tracker3.4 package was the first compatible one.

As request-tracker3 has long since been removed from Debian and is now
only supported in the 'oldstable' Sarge release (which doesn't have this
bug), I'm reassigning this to request-tracker3.4 and marking it closed
properly.
