Looking at this again, it could be better.  RT should be defined
earlier.  Then the first paragraph should be less enterprise-grade,
and the second can neatly merge its middle two sentences.


 RTFM is an add-on to Request Tracker (RT), the extensible ticketing

 collect and share the knowledge and wisdom of its members.
