Hello,

At work, we currently run RT2 (!) and 3.4 both on Debian sarge, and
we're looking to upgrade both instances to 3.6 or 3.8 in the next few
months. Therefore I'd like to try and step up to be involved in the
maintenance of the packages in Debian.

Perhaps it would make sense to start by preparing packages of 3.8
release candidates in experimental? I'm quite likely to end up
backporting RT3.8 to etch/lenny in any case as part of that.

I could also try and put some time into triaging bugs in current RT
packages.

This is all subject to approval from work, but given our stake in RT I
think this shouldn't be a problem.
