[request-tracker-maintainers] RTFM for 3.8.2?

Hey,

Has anyone else been working on packaging RTFM 2.4.1?

If not, then I'll merge into my git repo from August of last year and
build some packages.  We can then look at merging my changes into the
svn repo.

Why?  I want to use RT and RTFM for managing the contact address for the
linux.conf.au 2010 conference I'm organising for next year.
