[request-tracker-maintainers] Issue with symlink for scriptalicous and prototype

Hey,

The Request Tracker packages are supposed to setup symlinks to the
scrictalicious and prototype javascript files, but when I installed
request-tracker3.8  a couple of months ago, the symlinks weren't setup.

Has this been working for other people on new installs?
