[request-tracker-maintainers] Issue with symlink for scriptalicous and prototype

Yes, the symlinks are a part of the package - you can see this with
dpkg -c <foo.deb>. They're certainly there in 3.8.8-1 and 3.8.8-3.
Given that, it would be pretty weird for them not to be set up and
probably outside the scope of the RT packaging itself (dpkg should
be handling that).

I don't have any bright ideas for this one I'm afraid but I'm
interested if anyone else does!
