I've clone your repo to the team repo:

http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-request-tracker/rt-extension-authen-externalauth.git

which I believe you can write to, and fixed your upstream version number
which was wrong (0.08 is the latest, and you had the 0.08 data in upstream,
but your Debian changelog had 0.08.08).

I've reviewed your package, and the following issues need sorting
before we can upload.

- Lintian warnings/errors, summarised as:
  - debian/copyright issues
  - no ITP bug
  - file permission problems

Do you think you will be able to fix those, and if you want, add the
DM-Upload-Allowed field?
