[request-tracker-maintainers] Bug#632129: Possible cause: GPG Interface

Good evening,

try disabling GPG in the configuration via something like this:

Set( %GnuPG,
    Enable => undef,
    OutgoingMessagesFormat => 'RFC', # Inline
    AllowEncryptDataInDB   => 0,
);

It worked around the problem for me, as I do not want to use GPG. I have not traced it any further, however. What I have here is a pretty standard Debian Squeeze installation, installing RT4 from backports, running with modperl2.

We have a test system available here, so if you want me to further investigate it, please tell me what about you need (I am a developer, so I should be able to manage if you give me a quick howto. ;-)).
Best regards,
Torben Nehmer
