Aha, well spotted. I hadn't noticed that the system I checked this on
had Log::Dispatch from squeeze-backports. request-tracker4 isn't affected,
since it does depend on a new Log::Dispatch.

I'll report this upstream, although I don't know if it's likely to be
fixed in RT 3.8 now. It's probably too minor to warrant a stable update
for in Debian, but I'll commit a fix to svn in case other issues come up
which do justify this.

Right :)

On this basis, I'm downgrading the severity of this bug, since it's a
pretty rare occurrence.
