Ah, thanks. #748737 itself really looks like a duplicate of this same
issue with uniqueness constraint violations, but the linked upstream
bug at https://github.com/AssetTracker/rt-extension-assettracker/issues/62
suggests there are "real" compatibility issues too.

So agreed, a Breaks: seems to be needed.
