[request-tracker-maintainers] packaging of RT extensions

For some reason, I've moving my packaging repository from alioth to github.
So my setting about git varies as:

rt-extension-calendar: alioth/collab-maint (gbp style)
rt-extension-jsgantt: alioth/collab-maint (gbp style)
module-install-rtx: github (not gbp style)

Anyway I understand about the primary packaging repositories
especially for team,
I will put them as so.

I use "lurdan-guest" as alioth username.
For now I don't know how to move collab-maint/github to
pkg-request-tracker (simply push new location?),
so after you would add me to group, I will take some more time to make
it happen.
