Hi, I've been using request-tracker for quite a while. <br>

Recently I noticed that after the Debian Lenny updates, the refreshing
page became slower (need ~2sec compared to 0.2 sec before) when
clicking on "comment" or "reply" or "resolve", and the slowness seemed
to be associated with "RT: Guessed encoding: ascii" as seem in the
/var/log/debug. The same database works fine in Debian Etch (RT3.6.1)
-that is, very quick. So it's not a database issue. I am thinking maybe
I misconfigured something.<br>

Any pointer to fix this would be appreciated!<br>
