Hi!

Sorry  for the  late answer.  Roundcube 0.3  has been  packaged  and now
features plugins. The  package is already a mess to  maintain and I want
to limit patch.  I think that the additional button can  be handled by a
plugin. There is an example of plugin adding a button: markasjunk.
