Hi!

README is upstream README. I would  like not to maintain a patch on this
kind of  file. A solution  would be to  ship INSTALL file but  since the
content of this file does not  apply to Debian, it is a current practice
to not ship it.

I think a  Debian user should be aware of  the difference between README
and  README.Debian and should  not try  to follow  directions on  how to
install the software since this should be done by the package system.

I tag  this bug  "wontfix" since  I think that  changing the  content of
README  to remove  installation instructions  is not  something  that is
usually done in Debian. Do you agree?
