I  have just  tested again  and I  don't get  a BAD_HEADER  message from
SpamAssassin.  The added header is like this:

Received: from localhost.localdomain ([127.0.0.1])
	by localhost
	with HTTP (HTTP/1.1 POST); Wed, 06 Oct 2010 19:56:48 +0200

What header does Roundcube add for you?
