[Pkg-roundcube-maintainers] [RFC] Proof of concept: roundcube-plugins-extra

Hi Roundcube maintainers,

It's great that the archive now has a `roundcube-plugins` package with
upstream plugins.

But there is quite a bunch of useful plugins that are not released by
Roundcube upstream. Instead of having to install and configure them
manually, I would prefer to install a single `roundcube-plugins-extra`
package that would have all of them, in a version compatible with the
Roundcube version in Debian.

Issue here seems mostly maintainability of a package like this… It
started to become an itch I had to scratch:

 * Thanks to dpkg source format 3.0, we can use multiple upstream
   tarballs to ship only one binary package from multiple upstreams.
 * With the proper scripts, adding a new plugin could be mostly a matter
   of editing a text file and documenting copyrights.

The attached tarball contain a proof-of-concept of the `debian/`
directory of a (maybe) future `roundcube-plugins-extra` package. It
should build fine, if you follow the procedure outlined in
README.source. I have not installed the resulting binary package
anywhere yet.

I think it would be best if people involved in Roundcube packaging would
also be involved the maintainance of this extra collection of plugins.
Hence I am asking for comments, and if it raises any interests. :)

PS: That's a bit unrelated, but is there any reason not to ship the
`password` plugin in roundcube-plugins?
