      Merged changes from the old libgd-ruby package
      Reworked to fit the copyright format 1.0
      Refreshed the patch so it can be used by quilt

      Only build for ruby1.8; ruby-gd is nowhere near ready for ruby1.9.1
      Install the readme.* files as well
      Prepare for upload to unstable
