[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] SVN commit logs

Hi,

As you all might have noticed, I have enabled emailing Subversion commit logs.
If you are bother by this, please let me know, I can create another list for
this.  I also track the RSS feed of the repository, but I find websvn's
RSS information not as good as the email (especially the missing path and
files changed that are not listen).  That's why I also enabled the mails.
