[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] RubyGems problem/discussion

Hi,

I've written something[1] on the Wiki about the RubyGems stuff.  I would
like to strongly ask you to read it and adapt it/discuss it.
I'm keeping this a bit half-public now, can go to the debian-ruby list
later but I have noticed that "other parties" are reading it as well.
