I think I asked you to upload this, there is no watch file because when
I was writting it the upstream web site was very unstable.
Even if markdown is supported with another package, some might depend on
this one if the api is different. I don't think it should be dropped.

It was put there by svn-inject, I guess it was generated at build time
and not cleaned, so there is a problem in the build system. Anyway the
file can be removed.

Same reason for the ITPs and the files. They were generated by the build
sys so they can safely be removed.

I'd do that right now but I don't have enough time right now (preparing
vacation).
