Some remarks, probably useful for other members new to our way of
packaging too.

Note that the entries checked in after tagging are bogus entries.. please
change them, do not create new ones... in context of this repository/team
one should always _only_ have to do 'dch', no 'dch -i' or 'dch -v'...

> b) changing of builddeps libgpgme-dev to libgpgme11-dev due to new API usage
> c) updated standards to 3.7.2

Please note these changes in the changelog.  Maybe even just use debcommit in
such cases (so that changelog == commitlog).

Anyway, thanks for taking over libgpgme-ruby.
