[Pkg-ruby-extras-maintainers] ToDo items

Hi,

Just to clear my mind and hopefully yours as well, I want to mail a list
of things that probably will have to be done but are not targetted
towards a specific package:

- Add watch files to all packages.
- Adapt pkg-ruby-get-sources to use the watch files.
- Adapt the ruby-setup-rb.mk class to have a configurable clean-target.
- Incorporate the use of piuparts[1] in our way of working/testing.
- Change all Maintainer fields of all packages to reflect the main
  person taking care of the package, move the Team name & address to the
  Upload field (already there AFAIK).
- Get the policy discussion going again and create a draft.

I'd like to get your opinion on each of these items. :)
