[DRE-maint] Master thesis and debconf

I'll be at Debconf, but I'm also going to be working hard on my thesis over
the coming months, and whatever time is left will probably got to the XSF.
I'd love to come and at least listen in on any discussions and BOFs that
happen. I'll help out too if I can while I'm there, but I have a talk and a
BOF of my own I'm organizing, so I can't promise much.
