[DRE-maint] pkg-ruby-extras TODO list

Hi,

Paul and me did some work on the team during the week-end, but there's
still a lot of work to do. Here is a list:
- some packages have been imported recently, but don't use cdbs yet.
  They should be converted to cdbs.
- some packages are missing Homepage: fields.
- some packages are missing debian/watch files.
- we have some bugs to tackle, including one RC in etch in
  libnarray-ruby (lenny not affected).
- someone should review the website and update some pages.

See [1] and [2] for an overview of those issues.

Don't hesitate to touch packages from other members of the team, even if
you are not a DD! (it's usually a good idea to ask before uploading
packages though)
