[DRE-maint] Entering the group

Hi Ruby Team,

My name is Leandro Nunes and I wanna help you to make the ruby  
packages for Debian.

My first contribution is the package capistrano  
(http://www.capify.org/), don't exist a debian package yet. I made a  
ITP bug request in debian here:

http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=428879

Since we don't have the tarball for the upcoming version 1.99 yet, I  
generated a tarball from the svn repository.

I'am in contact with capistrano's developers to solve this problem. ;)

So I wanna enter the group to contribute with pkg-ruby-extras team.  
Can I be added to the alioth group?
