[DRE-maint] RFS: rush 0.3-1 (initial upload)

Hi everybody!

Lucas added me to this group on Monday and asked me to introduce myself.
I currently maintain two packages in Debian, one quite low-level, the
other implemented in Python; but since I really like Ruby, I thought it
couldn’t be wrong to join you.

But now, on to the sponsorship part of my mail:  I shamelessly injected
the first revision of my rush package into packages-wip.  rush is a
purely object-oriented shell using Ruby’s syntax.  It builds fine in
pbuilder and is lintian clean, but as this is my first try at a package
using Ruby, you could still find something I absolutely must not do :-D

I would be glad if someone could comment on my work (and probably even
upload it for me).
